Name: Mo Salah
Number: 11
Position: Forward
Born: Basyoun, Egypt – 15/06/92
Mohamed Salah joined Liverpool in the summer of 2017 and would become an instant smash hit for the Reds – he would go on to fire an unbelievable record-breaking 47 goals in his first season followed by another 27 goals in his second season, establishing himself as one of the most prolific and feared forwards in the world. Mo’s blistering pace, trickery and relentless work rate puts fear into the opposition and opens up tons of space for his fellow front men Bobby Firmino and Sadio Mane.
Nicknamed “The Egyptian King” by the Anfield faithful the forward is a mega star in his home country, and after heart break in losing the 2017/18 Champions League final after being taken off injured he would fire the penalty that would send Liverpool on their way to Champions League glory in the following year’s final.
Salah has recently signed a new long-term contract with the Reds and we expect him to fire us to yet more glory going forward.
